Those who become qualified for an RRFP could also be eligible for the Taxi Scrip program, if certain income requirements are met. A Personal Care Attendant Ride Free RRFP-PCA is also available if certain requirements are met.

Assists residents of the Cascade School District and Cashmere with the following services: rent, utility shut-off prevention (water & power only), gas vouchers, bus tokens, or bus passes, and emergency shelter referrals.

The HEN program provides essential household needs that cannot be purchased with food stamps to qualified individuals. The items are distributed at the Everett Gospel Mission. Eligibility for the HEN program is determined by DSHS. If a client is eligible for HEN, they will be notified by DSHS. Not everyone who is deemed eligible will receive assistance. Qualified individuals are able to take with them household cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and transportation assistance. These products can be picked up once a month or every other month (depends on funding).

Permanent and temporary permits available. A Personal Care Attendant Regional Reduced Fare Permit is available for people who require a PCA to help them travel all or some of the time.

Provides Resource Navigation to support individual's and family's immediate and future areas of need as well as setting goals for a more sustainable future. Offers a variety of resources to help connect, provide, or work one-on-one to access items like basic utility support, limited rental assistance (City of Monroe and City of Snohomish only) transportation resources, employment, legal, and more. Provides assistance for Benton and Franklin County Veterans, their families, and the families of deceased Veterans who meet the eligibility criteria for assistance. Community referrals to partner agencies for housing, case management services, VA claims and other services are given when needed. Services may include: utility assistance, rental/mortgage assistance, application fee/background checks for housing or pre-employment, up to 1 week in a motel for homeless veterans, bus passes, food vouchers, burial expenses (up to $1,000), necessary safety equipment required by employer to gain employment, dental assistance (up to $2,000), and childcare assistance.

The card is valid for rides on the following: -  King County Metro buses, ST Link Light Rail, Everett Transits & Pierce Transit -  Sound Transit trains, buses and light rail -  Seattle street cars -  King County water taxis The reduced fare must be paid with a valid ORCA LIFT card, which is registered and issued to each individual user. It works the same way a regular ORCA card does. -  Use the E-Purse feature and place any amount between $5 and $300 on the ORCA LIFT card. This is a good choice if the card is used occasionally. When the user taps the card on the ORCA reader, the ORCA LIFT fare will be deducted from the E-purse. -  A monthly PugetPass can be loaded on the ORCA LIFT card for unlimited rides for the entire month. This is a good choice for regular riders.   The ORCA LIFT card is valid for up to 24 months. After it expires, the ORCA LIFT card will charge regular adult fares, including any peak and zone charges, for rides. To continue paying the reduced fare, the cardholder will have to requalify for the ORCA LIFT program and get a new card.

Customer Service also provides bus schedule information over the phone. Everett Station serves as a transportation hub as well as a career development center. In addition, the Everett Station offers residents and visitors a unique look into the history of Everett through its informative and beautiful artwork.

Provides various housing programs for families and individuals living in Asotin County. Offers Coordinated Entry, Homeless Diversion, and Housing and Essential Needs (HEN). - Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. - Diversion is a fast paced, short-term case management program that can assist the individual/household(s) with solving problems and barriers by utilizing the existing strengths and resources of the individual/household(s). We can assist with limited flexible funding, based on eligibility, in order to assist the individual/household with obtaining permanent housing which can include relocation and other activities that support obtaining permanent. - Housing and Essential Needs Grant Funds can only be used to support HEN eligible clients that qualify as homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
