Serves as City Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Union Gap.

The primary responsibility of the prosecuting attorney is to prosecute criminal acts occurring within Whatcom County, to provide legal advice/services to county officials and staff, and to represent and defend the county in civil actions.

Prosecutes felonies committed by adults in Pierce County.   Prosecutes misdemeanors committed by adults in unincorporated Pierce County and the city of Edgewood. Serves as legal council for every department of county government.

Provides information and assistance to help prevent crimes against the elderly and people who are disabled.   Prosecutes such cases involving domestic violence, physical and sexual abuse, neglect frauds and other non-physical exploitation against the elderly.

Prosecutes criminal matters and misdemeanors in Yakima County. The Criminal Division is divided into three prosecution units (adult felony, juvenile court, and district court), an appellate unit, and the victim/witness assistance unit, which provides support for all three prosecution units.

Handles prosecution of all felonies committed throughout King County and misdemeanors occurring in unincorporated King County.

Prosecutes all cases of child physical or sexual abuse, adult sexual assault, and domestic violence.   Works with investigating police and victim/witnesses on these cases.   Provides advocates for those involved in sexual assault/felony domestic violence cases. Advocates are provided by King County Sexual Assault Resource Center.

Represents the State of Washington in civil and criminal prosecution.  Provides legal advice to county officers and school districts.

The Prosecuting Attorney's Office prosecutes criminal actions in Superior, District and Juvenile Courts. Provides criminal prosecution services for misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor offenses for the cities of Tumwater and Rainier. The Civil Division provides legal advice to county officials and represents the county in civil actions. The Family Support Team handles paternity and child support collection cases. Also, the Prosecutor's Office has Victim Advocates who provide victims with safety planning assistance, system information, referrals, court and pre-trial preparation, support during interviews, and act as liaison between the victim and the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

The following services/departments are available to the citizens of Clallam County: Assessor (Appraisal of all taxable real and personal property within Clallam County), Auditor (Vehicle/Vessel Licensing, Elections & Voter Registration, Financial Services, Marriage Licenses, Document Recording), Board of Equalization (Has the responsibility to determine whether the assessed value of your property represents 100% of the property's fair market value, Boundary Review Board (Provides for independent review of issues that arise when governments propose to change jurisdictional boundaries, Commissioners (Legislative authority of Clallam County), Community Development (Responsible for comprehensive planning, zoning, and processing of development and building permits), WSU Cooperative Extension (Gleaning, Master Gardeners, Agriculture, 4-H, Water and Natural Resources, Waste Prevention, Community Health and Food Access), Clerk of Superior Court (Responsible for filing and index all records filed for the Clallam County Superior Courts and Family Court), District Court I & II (west-end of Clallam County) (State court of limited jurisdiction including traffic violations and misdemeanors), Emergency Management (Plans for and responds to both natural and man-made disasters), Health & Human Services - Administrative, Environmental Health (Drinking water, food safety, on-site septic, hazardous waste, solid waste, shellfish, surface water quality), Human Services (Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, Prevention and Substance Abuse), Public Health Services (Birth & Death Certificates, Communicable Diseases, Immunizations, WIC (Women, Infants and Children)), Human Resources & Risk Management, Information Technology, Juvenile and Family Services, Parks, Fair & Facilities, Prosecuting Attorney (Coroner, Civil Division, Criminal Division, Child Support Division, Victim Witness Services), Roads (Port Angeles, Sequim, Forks), Sheriff's Office, Superior Court (including Juvenile Court, Family Court, and Therapeutic Court), and the Treasurer's Office.
