Provides 24-hour crisis phone line provides immediate assistance, information and emotional support. The crisis information and referral line is available to anyone affected by sexual assault/abuse, whether it’s recent or in the past. In addition, services are also available to family members and friends of victims.  Advocates are carefully screened and fully trained to assist victims, families and the community with accurate information, confidential crisis intervention, and advocacy through medical and legal procedures.

Clients can limit their searches to therapists who offer telehealth. Also provides general mental health information as well as information about modes of therapy, how to choose a therapist and reasonable goals of therapy.

Connects patients and families with evidence-supported outpatient mental health services in their community. Provides thorough mental health referrals for children and teens 17 and younger from across Washington. A referral specialist will email the family with information on one or two providers or agencies that meet their needs and have openings. A few weeks after providing the referrals, a referral specialist will contact the family to see if they were able to make an appointment and ask if additional resources are needed. If no appointment has been made, the referral specialist will try to address any barriers or link the family to another provider.

Coordinate care for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns prior to crisis; assist with accessing treatment beds (voluntary and involuntary); follow-up on crisis Lifeline referrals; coordinate care after client has been discharged from a facility; provide culturally appropriate resources; assist designated Crisis Responders to connect with Tribal and non-Tribal behavioral health service resources; provide light case management (follow-up for two weeks); collect individual feedback on cultural sensitivity of treatment facilities and programs.
